Leonard Holden believes a man’s actions should match his words. Growing up, he learned some of his greatest lessons by watching his elders—paying attention not only to what they said, but to what they did. Those lessons helped shape the values he carries today: faith, family, hard work, honesty, and treating people right.

Leonard is the owner of ClearPath Facility Services, a business he started as part of his journey toward building something of his own and creating a better future for his family.

For Leonard, success is about more than making money. It is about doing good work, keeping your word, treating customers fairly, and leaving behind something meaningful for the generations that follow. He is still working to fully understand his purpose in life, but he believes in continuing to move forward, pray, learn, and do his best along the way.

His philosophy is simple:
